Travel Agent can make a 20%
reduction in the number of room’s 60
days or more prior to the arrival. A
further reduction in the number of
rooms by 10% is permissible between
60 days and 30 days of the group’s
arrival date.

reduction in the number of rooms
within 30 days to 15 days of the
arrival date will incur a
cancellation charge equivalent to
one night’s accommodation.

Any
reduction in rooms within 14 days of
arrival will incur a retention
charge for entire length of stay per
hotel.

The
Travel Agent Voucher and rooming
list must be received by the hotel(s)
at least 30 days prior to the
group’s arrival date. If the voucher
is not received, the room will be
cancelled and retention will apply
as stated above.
