Terms and conditions:-

Confirmation against advance full or 50%, balance before check out.
No credit facilities.
Cut Off date in Off Season 15 days. Season 30 days.
No show with in the period of cut off date will treated as cancellation.
Mode of payment: By D.D in favour of Cloud 9 resorts payable at Munnar.
Retention charges will be billed for all days of confirmed booking in case of No show.
Season : 01/4/06 – 15/06/06
Off-Season : 16/06/06 – 30/09/06

Check in – 12 noon & Check out – 12 am.

20% Hike on tariff & special rates for deepawali from 15th Oct till 01st Novem 2006.
20% Hike on tariff & special rates from 21st December 2006 till 05th January 2007.

30 days advance notice :- Full refund

30 days to 15 days :- 50% refund

Less than 15 days :- No refund
