As a user, no registration is required for visiting any page on the YACHTSINDIA.COM. You will be able to access material on most areas of the Site without going through the registration process. Certain area of the Site such as 'eCommerce Counter' (under development) is only open to you if you are a registered user. However, YACHTSINDIA .COM reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access and use of the Site at any time. It may exercise this right with or without notice. 

We will not list any sites which contain or link to sites with pornographic material or sites which directly relate to alcohol, tobacco, firearms or sites encouraging illegal activities or racism. YACHTSINDIA.COM reserves the right to refuse or remove any listing from our site.

The Site may includes bulletin boards, discussion groups and other public areas that allow feedback to YACHTSINDIA.COM and interaction between users. Law and Jurisdiction 

The terms & conditions shall be subject to & governed by the laws of India and Courts at Delhi, Mumbai or Ernakulam shall alone have the jurisdiction to try or determine any question arising out of pertaining to or in respect of the terms of service.

(For the exclusive benefit of YACHTSINDIA.COM, we shall retain the right to bring proceedings as to the substance of the matter in the Courts of the country of your residence or, where these Terms are entered into in the course of your trade or profession, the country of your principal place of business.)

The use irrevocably agrees that these courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute which may arise out of, under, or in connection with these Terms or the legal relationship established by them, and for those purposes irrevocably submit all disputes to the jurisdiction of these courts.
